Please note: A payment verification error may come up if you have multiple Gather accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.

Please make sure you don’t have any other Gather accounts associated with either a phone number or a Facebook profile. If you find that you do have another account, please delete one of your accounts and try to repurchase.

If you already subscribed, but it isn't reflected in your account, here's how to restore it:

  1. Within the Gather app, tap your Profile Icon on the far right of the navigation bar
  2. Tap the Upgrade to Premium button
  3. Tap the plan you'd like to purchase
  4. Tap "Continue"
  5. Follow your app store's prompts to complete purchase

If these steps aren't effective, please log out and back into the Hinge app and repeat the steps.
